Premier Choice Services is family-owned and operated by Steve Lyons. PCS started as a division of Mr. Lyons original company Family Friendly Contracting, LLC, which was acquired in 2020. In 2016 Premier Choice branched off from Family Friendly Contracting, LLC to become recognized as its own entity. Since branching off from Family Friendly Contracting, Premier Choice has thrived in the competitive remodeling and roofing market and made a name for itself in delivering the best exterior application products at a competitive rate.

Premier Choice Services separated into three different divisions; Residential, Commercial, and its newly opened Public Sector.
